GHE Marina Administrator

Grand Hotel Excelsior Malta is inviting applications for the position of GHE Marina Administrator within GHE Marine.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administrative, commercial, and operational activities of the marina and charter operations, ensuring efficient coordination, excellent customer service, and a positive experience for marina clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer relations and berth management: Manage berth enquiries, reservations, renewals and customer records, serving as the main point of contact for berth holders and marina users.

• Charter and marine experiences: Coordinate charter bookings, manage guest requirements, and assist in arranging marine experiences and tailored packages.

• Administration and finance: Maintain accurate booking, occupancy, and revenue records, coordinate invoicing with the Finance department, and provide general administrative support.

• Operational coordination: Liaise with hotel departments, external suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth coordination of guest arrangements and daily operational requirements.

• Commercial and sales support: Assist with sales enquiries, quotations, berth occupancy management, marketing initiatives and customer database maintenance, contributing to the growth and development of the marina business.

Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational, administrative and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with different teams, and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism is essential.

• Flexibility to work different days and hours, including weekends and public holidays when required, is also necessary.
