Ice Cream Production Supervisor

Golden Harvest Mfg. Co. Ltd., Malta's largest manufacturer of bakery, confectionery and ice cream products, is seeking to recruit a Supervisor – Ice cream department on a full-time basis.

The chosen candidate will be primarily responsible for

• Assisting in ice-cream operations, planning and administration duties.

• Adherence to quality standards.

• Management of personnel.

• Compliance with food safety legal requirements.

• Substituting a number of key roles, as needed.

Prospective applicants must

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food manufacturing / factory environment.

• Have a good standard of education.

• Be willing to learn ice-cream production processes.

• Possess excellent organisation and people skills.

• Follow the standards and guidelines closely, as set out by the Company’s Quality department.

• Be able to communicate well in English.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Be proactive, flexible and a team player.

Candidates without a valid Maltese work permit will not be considered.
