Payroll Executive

As our people continue to drive our success, we are now seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Executive to join our team and support the smooth and accurate management of payroll operations across the Group.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while supporting compliance with local legislation and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for inputting information on payroll software as well as the computation of several payroll runs.

• Maintaining and updating employee payroll records.

• Ensuring compliance with Maltese employment legislation and statutory requirements.

• Managing payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders.

• Assisting with audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting.

• Liaising with internal departments and external authorities as required.

• Prepare reports for management showing HR analytics, stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Requirements For This Role

• Previous experience in a payroll-related role.

• Can proficiently communicate both verbally and in writing in either Maltese and / or English.

• Sound knowledge of payroll processes and employment legislation.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• A proactive, team-oriented approach.
