We’re on the lookout for a creative and proactive Employer Branding Specialist who’s ready to take on an exciting challenge to increase the visibility of our brand.

What is expected of you?
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends in talent expectations
Ensure consistency in employer brand messaging internally and externally
Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns for priority roles
Create high-quality content: employee stories, videos, blog posts, social media posts, office visuals, culture highlights
Cooperate with designers, videographers, and agencies to deliver impactful materials
Optimise job ads to ensure they are aligned with brand tone and candidate-friendly
Manage employer brand presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, career site)
Create the content
Schedule and publish content showcasing culture, benefits, growth opportunities, and team activities
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content based on performance insights
Partner with HR to improve candidate experience across recruitment stages
Support the creation of communication templates, interview guides, and candidate-friendly processes
Collect and analyse candidate feedback to identify improvement areas
Collaborate with HR and Communications to strengthen internal culture and engagement
Support internal events, onboarding programs, and culture initiatives
Promote participation in awards, rankings, and external employer reputation programs
What are you expected to bring?
Minimum 2 years of experience in Employer Branding
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of the best practices with organisational skills
Ability to handle tasks under pressure and with short time frames
