Accounting & Finance Officer

We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Officer to join our team based in Malta.

What is expected of you?

• Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• PSP and banking reconciliation

• Process and record supplier invoices, ensuring that invoices are properly authorised and accurately entered into the accounting system

• Assist the team with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

• Maintain organised and accessible accounting and financial documentation

• Year end reconciliation and bookkeeping activities

• Assist with the opening and maintenance of Company bank accounts

• Monitor activities in bank accounts and PSP accounts to ensure compliance with the Company’s internal policies, procedures, and financial controls

• Respond promptly to queries from suppliers, customers, employees, banks, and internal departments

• Assist other departments with finance-related queries and provide relevant information and documentation as required

• Support the Finance function with other tasks and projects as required

What are you expected to bring?

• Relevant experience in Accounting and Finance, iGaming experience is considered a plus

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
