Legal Officer (Gozo)

We are looking for a professional, responsible, and proactive Legal Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth management of the company’s legal operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day legal matters, overseeing contracts, and providing legal support on various business law issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating company agreements and contracts;

• Providing legal advice on employment, commercial, civil, and corporate law matters;

• Preparing and updating internal documents, policies, and procedures;

• Assessing legal risks and proposing preventive solutions;

• Cooperating with public authorities, business partners, and external legal advisors;

• Representing the company’s interests during legal disputes and negotiations;

• Ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in Law;

• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the legal field;

• Possess strong knowledge of local legislation and regulatory requirements;

• Are able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Have excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;

• Have a good command of English, both written and spoken;

• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Salary

• €1.700- €2.500.
