Take ownership of your client portfolio. Help develop others. Build your path towards team leadership.

Ready to take the next step in your company secretarial career? Our growing Corporate Services department offers the opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio, work on complex corporate transactions and help shape a developing team.

We’re looking for an experienced professional who combines strong technical knowledge with sound judgement, initiative and a commitment to excellent client service.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Company Secretarial Services Manager, you’ll manage your assigned portfolio largely independently, support colleagues through mentoring and work reviews, and contribute to the department’s continued growth.

What you’ll do

  • Manage your assigned client portfolio, building trusted relationships and providing timely, professional responses to queries.

  • Draft documentation for complex corporate transactions, including restructurings, liquidations, mergers and re-domiciliations.

  • Liaise with the Malta Business Registry (MBR), Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and other relevant authorities.

  • Support management in preparing for and handling MBR onsite inspections.

  • Prepare board and shareholder meeting documentation, including notices, agendas and minutes.

  • Attend client company board meetings to provide company secretarial support.

  • Review colleagues’ work for accuracy, completeness and compliance.

  • Help train and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and supporting their development.

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant experience within a corporate services provider, law firm or financial services firm, including managing client portfolios largely independently.

  • Strong knowledge of Maltese company law, corporate governance procedures and relevant compliance requirements.

  • Excellent drafting skills and a thorough, accurate approach to documentation.

  • The ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple deadlines.

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and regulatory authorities.

  • A proactive, practical approach to resolving issues.

  • A willingness to guide colleagues and take on greater responsibility as the team grows.

Why join us?

  • A clear opportunity to progress.

  • Varied, engaging work.

  • Investment in your development - opportunities to attend seminars, conferences, networking and training events.

  • A supportive team.

  • A competitive salary and regular appraisals.

Ready for your next step?

We look forward to hearing what you could bring to our team.
