Europharma Ltd., member of the Michele Peresso Group, are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, orders, contracts, and supplier payments for both tenders and the private market.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth logistics.
Maintain stock and pricing records in the ERP system, including Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
Prepare reports, forecasts, and quotations as required.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and call handling.
Assist in training and supporting administrative staff and cover related duties when needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in administration, procurement, or tender coordination preferred.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
