Role Overview
The Finance Data Analyst and ERP Administrator form part of the Finance team and report to the BI and ERP Manager. The role is responsible for the administration and ongoing management of the company’s ERP system, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and audit readiness.
The role also supports the Business Intelligence (BI) function by analysing data, maintaining reports, and delivering accurate insights that support business and financial decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day‑to‑day administration and support of the company’s ERP system
Monitor and resolve ERP support tickets and user queries
Act as the primary point of contact for ERP‑related matters and external audits
Ensure data integrity, access controls, and compliance with internal policies
Use BI tools, SQL, and Excel to extract, analyse, and interpret data
Support the development and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support reporting and operational needs
Key Requirements
Post-secondary qualification in Finance, Business, Accounting, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Basic IT knowledge, including Windows environments and client-server concepts.
Experience or exposure to an ERP system is considered an asset.
Experience in the telecommunications sector will be considered an asset.
Proactive and positive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner who can take initiative and work independently.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
