Cook / Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen

• Confident working across meat, pasta, salad and bread sections

• Skilled in food preparation, cooking and general kitchen duties

• Organised, responsible and a quick learner

• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality

• Able to work well under pressure during busy service

• Able to communicate in English

• Valid HACCP / food-handling certification

• All required documents and valid authorisation to work

• A team player with high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
