We are seeking to recruit an Internship Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, which is a junior role within our international team based in Malta.

What you would be doing

• Finding suitable work placements for students in local Maltese companies

• Preparing the necessary documentation for students

• Handling administrative procedures related to student bookings

• Taking care of the general well-being of the students whilst in Malta

• Setting up welcome meetings and interviews with the host companies

• Taking students to the host companies for the first meeting

• Holding closing meetings with students before their departure

• Managing the company’s social media presence on various platforms

• Developing a marketing strategy for social media, creating engaging content and posting updates

What skills should you possess

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of other European foreign languages would be considered an asset

• Computer-literate in Microsoft Office

• Excellent people skills

• Able to work well in a dynamic team

• Be highly organised and precise in your daily tasks

• Able to work on your own initiative

• Familiarity with social media platforms

• Knowledge of using Canva

Mandatory requirements

• Be over 18 years of age

• Be a citizen of the EU or otherwise hold a valid work permit
