Internship Coordinator

It gives the opportunity to individuals from various European countries to experience an unpaid internship matching their field of studies. Easy Job Bridge bridges the gap between educational institutions from Europe to local host companies to make mobility successful!

We are seeking to recruit an Internship Coordinator, which is a junior role within our international team based in Malta.

What you would be doing:

• Finding suitable work placements for students in local Maltese companies

• Preparing necessary documentation for students

• Handling administrative procedures related to student bookings

• Taking care of the general wellbeing of the students whilst in Malta

• Setting welcome meetings and interviews with the host companies

• Taking students to the host companies for the first meeting

• Holding closing meetings with students before their departure

What skills you should possess:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of other European foreign languages would also be considered an asset

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office

• Excellent people skills

• Able to work well in a dynamic team

• Be highly organised and precise in your daily tasks

• Able to work on your own initiative

Mandatory requirements:

• Be over 18 years of age

• Be a citizen of the EU or otherwise hold a valid work permit
