Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant will make sure our apartments are replenished with all amenities, clean and inviting at all times, while ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organisation of assigned apartments in different locations

• Perform cleaning duties as required (e.g. general weekly cleaning, deep cleaning on departure / arrival)

• Provide excellent customer service

• Handle all laundry requirements

• Notifying managers of necessary repairs

• Disposing of trash

• Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests

Requirements

• The role is for a full-time employee with 40 hours per week

• Ability to work well with minimum supervision and demonstrate initiative and flexibility

• Ability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as needed

• Able to plan and organise workload in an efficient and timely manner

• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

• Excellent standards of cleanliness, including attention to detail

• Previous related experience will be considered an asset

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment

• Good command of English

• Applicants would preferably have a driving licence and own transport
