Project Manager

ESSE Ltd., on behalf of Evolve RS Group, are currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager with excellent organisational skills to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to management and clients during weekly meetings, daily reporting and meetings on site with all parties involved;

• Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors, as well as being in charge of the H&S of all those on site;

• In charge of the delivery of material on site for each phase of the project, and in cases involved in the buying of material for sites;

• Monitoring build costs and project progress, and in charge of variations needed to continue works;

• Conducting quality and safety inspections, and ensuring that work is being conducted as the profession requires;

• Checking and updating site reports, designs and drawings and updating workers on site with updated drawings;

• Day-to-day problem-solving and dealing with any issues that arise;

• Engaging in any other task commensurate with the role.

Requirements

• 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager (essential);

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
