Showroom Salesperson

Digital Zone is looking for a full-time Showroom Salesperson to join our team in Qormi.

We are an established electronics and home appliance business looking for someone reliable, approachable and interested in helping customers choose the right products. The ability to communicate confidently with customers in both Maltese and English is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and advise them on electronics and home appliances.

• Explain product features, differences between models and current offers.

• Process sales and handle enquiries in-store, by telephone and by email.

• Follow up customer enquiries, orders and delivery arrangements.

• Provide basic product setup and troubleshooting guidance, referring technical issues to our service team when needed.

• Assist with after-sales enquiries, including returns and repairs.

• Keep showroom displays tidy and organised and help with stock checks when required.

Requirements:

• Good spoken Maltese, sufficient to assist customers who speak only Maltese, together with good spoken and written English.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• A reliable, honest and organised approach to work.

• Confidence using computers, email and sales systems.

• An interest in electronics and home appliances and a willingness to learn about our products.

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in a similar sector, would be an advantage.

Product and sales-system training will be provided.

Salary will depend on experience and suitability for the role.
