Delivery Person / Helper

Charles Grech & Co. Limited is one of the leading companies in Malta dealing with the importation, distribution and retailing of the finest wines, beers, spirits and tobacco since 1881.

This position calls for an energetic and responsible individual, able to work on own initiative, under pressure and in a methodical manner both alone and as part of a team. 

Duties include but are not limited to driving various vehicles from small to large vans with a tail lift, delivering goods to clients in a timely manner, which might also involve heavy lifting and operating forklifts during in-store activity.

Applicants must have at least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the beverages industry, a smart appearance and a secondary level standard of education, together with excellent communication skills both in Maltese and English.

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a school leaving certificate, have a clean police conduct, and a delivery person must have a valid driver’s license, which also includes category C1 (heavy vehicles).
