Retail Sales & Delivery Representative

Join our team in a varied role combining retail sales, customer service and local deliveries.

You'll spend most of your time in-store helping customers and providing advice on printers, cartridges and technology, with approximately 20% of your time making local deliveries.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist customers and provide friendly, professional service

• Sell printers, cartridges, computer accessories and printing supplies

• Advise customers on the correct cartridges and compatible products

• Refill ink cartridges – full training provided

• Process sales and operate the POS system

• Basic knowledge of computers, printers or office technology is an advantage, but not essential

• Manage stock, restock shelves and prepare customer orders

• Safely load and deliver orders to local residential and business customers

We're looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, reliable and customer-focused

• Has good communication skills

• Is comfortable using computers and technology

• Is willing to learn

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Previous retail, customer service or delivery experience is an advantage

• Has a valid Maltese driving licence with a clean driving record

• Is physically able to lift and carry items up to 20kg

• Is eligible to work in Malta
