We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest cleanliness standards across our property.

Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and servicing guest rooms and apartments, including related balconies and bathrooms, ensuring they meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.

  • Cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they adhere to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Ensuring all guest linen is clean and well-presented.

  • Conducting regular checks and promptly reporting any maintenance work required in guest rooms or public areas.

  • Keeping guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas neat, tidy, and well-organised at all times.

  • Complying with health and safety regulations, as well as fire prevention and hygiene standards, to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

  • Reporting maintenance issues or any damages in rooms and/or public areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

  • Maintaining effective communication within the department and ensuring that the Supervisor is kept well informed of any issues or queries that have arisen.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact positively with guests and colleagues.

  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
