We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Food and Beverage Servers to join our front-of-house team in our high-end restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.

• Explain menu items, allergens, and daily specials while recommending additional items.

• Handle customer bills and payments accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter / server will be considered an advantage.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• A valid Food Handler's Licence will be considered an asset.

• Applicants must be residing in Malta and hold a valid Maltese working permit.
