Corporate Travel Consultant

A. von Brockdorff Services Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Corporate Travel Consultant to join our growing Corporate Travel team.

About the Role

As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for our corporate clients, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and seamless travel experiences. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide professional advice and support throughout the travel journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage business travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire, rail, and related travel services.

• Provide clients with travel options that meet company travel policies and budgets.

• Issue quotations, reservations, tickets, and travel documentation.

• Handle changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently.

• Provide prompt support and assistance to travellers before, during, and after their trips.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

• Monitor airline schedules, travel restrictions, and supplier updates.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures.

• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the travel industry.

• Advanced experience using Amadeus GDS for flight bookings.

• Knowledge of airline group reservation systems would be considered an asset.

• Experience booking hotels, transfers, trains, etc. would also be considered an asset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese or additional languages will be considered an asset.
