Warranty Clerk

Our team is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a new Warranty Clerk to join us at Auto Sales Ltd (Kind’s)! Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to make an impact? In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated team, managing warranty claims across an impressive range of brands, including Mercedes-Benz, smart, Renault, Dacia, Silence, Tisto, Mutt, Daytona and Fuso.

As a Warranty Clerk, you’ll play a crucial role in analysing, processing, and managing warranty claims in line with brand guidelines. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in their administrative skills. If you have a knack for paperwork, accuracy, and working with top automotive brands, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Need:

• O’ level standard of education.

• Strong administrative and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with workshop and claims handling processes.

• Good knowledge of modern vehicle technology.

• Excellent people skills for effective communication.

• Fluent in Maltese and English.

• Preference will be given to applicants with a clean driving licence.
