Accounts Clerk

Alan Motors Ltd, a well-established company specialising in second-hand vehicle sales and tied insurance services in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit a part-time Accounts Clerk to join our growing team.

This position offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for candidates seeking work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing payroll accurately and in a timely manner

• Performing bank reconciliations

• Posting invoices and receipts

• Assisting with VAT preparation and calculations

• Supporting general accounting duties as required

Requirements

• Fluent in Maltese and English (both written and spoken)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Experience with Odoo Accounting Software and/or Buddy HR will be considered an asset
