Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Aesthetix is a premier aesthetic clinic located in Iklin, Malta, specialising in advanced facial treatments, skin rejuvenation, and cutting-edge non-surgical aesthetic technology. We are looking for an articulate, welcoming, and highly organised Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to deliver a flawless front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm, professional greeting to all clients upon arrival and ensure an exceptional clinic experience.

• Manage appointment bookings, incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email correspondence efficiently.

• Process client payments, issue receipts, and manage daily register reconciliation accurately.

• Guide clients through digital onboarding, consent forms, and health questionnaires prior to treatments.

• Assist with social media presence by capturing behind-the-scenes moments, short videos, and stories (Instagram/TikTok), and feel completely comfortable interacting on digital platforms.

• Maintain a pristine, calm, and organised reception and waiting room environment at all times.

• Assist clinic management with administrative support, inventory tracking, and client appointment reminders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a front desk, reception, customer service, or hospitality role (experience in a clinic, salon, or luxury brand environment is a plus).

• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Maltese or Italian is advantageous.

• Highly comfortable and creative with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) for capturing clinic content and engaging with the community.

• Excellent communication skills with a polished, approachable, and customer-centric demeanour.

• Proficient with computers, booking software, and online calendars.

• Highly punctual, reliable, and impeccably presented.

• Valid work permit or residency enabling legal employment in Malta.
