About Us

Aesthetix is a premier aesthetic clinic located in Iklin, Malta, specialising in advanced, non-surgical facial treatments, skin rejuvenation, and cutting-edge aesthetic technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced aesthetic and beauty treatments, including facials, Hydra facials, microneedling, LED therapy, and Ultraformer MPT treatments (full device training and authorisation provided).

  • Verify client health questionnaires and consent forms prior to every treatment, ensuring meticulous record-keeping of treatment details, areas treated, device settings, shot counts, and product usage by the end of each working day.

  • Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene, sanitising treatment rooms, couches, and equipment after every client, alongside end-of-day deep cleaning.

  • Provide expert client advice, answer queries, and outline treatment goals while working closely with the clinic’s consultant (no direct sales pressure required).

  • Handle general reception duties, client bookings, and ensure the clinic is always pristine, welcoming, and organised.

Requirements:

  • Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy / Aesthetics (NVQ Level 3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent).

  • Proven hands-on experience in an aesthetic clinic or high-end salon setting.

  • Fluent in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Professional grooming, punctuality, high integrity, and strict adherence to client confidentiality and GDPR protocols.

  • Valid work permit or residency enabling legal employment in Malta.

What We Offer:

  • Remuneration: €12.50 net per hour.

  • Performance and commission structure: €10 for each treatment package sold through the consultant + a €50 daily sales bonus for 3+ packages per day.
