Electrician / Handyperson

Role overview

We are looking for a reliable and versatile Electrician / Handyperson to carry out electrical and general maintenance work across the properties we manage.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations

• Perform general handyman duties (minor plumbing, painting touch-ups, fixture repairs, etc.)

• Conduct routine inspections and flag issues early

• Coordinate with external contractors when needed

• Keep accurate records of work carried out

• Ensure all work is done safely and to standard

Requirements

• Experience in electrical and general maintenance work

• Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Valid driving licence

• Reliable, proactive, and a good communicator
