Project Manager

AP Valletta Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be deployed to a Malta-based EU Agency within its Facility Management function on a full-time basis. The role involves overseeing building-related capital and maintenance works, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage building and fit-out works across all project stages;

• Lead multidisciplinary coordination (architectural, structural, MEP, H&S)

• Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications and tender material;

• Monitor budgets, prepare cost estimates and control expenditure;

• Supervise contractors and verify the quality of works;

• Issue progress reports, payment certifications and acceptance documentation;

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and internal procedures;

• Maintain detailed records and provide structured reporting to stakeholders;

• Support sustainability and operational continuity objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a construction-related discipline;

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management of building projects;

• Strong experience in contractor management and cost control;

• Excellent organisational, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills;

• Experience in institutional or structured environments is considered an asset;

• English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
