Tax Compliance Specialist

Zampa Debattista is a firm of certified public Accountants, located in Mosta and we are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of income tax returns and computations for both corporate entities and individuals.


• Preparation of income tax refund claim forms, shareholder registration and dividend warrants.


• Assisting individual clients with respect to any Provisional Tax Payments and Social Security Contributions.


• Preparation of DAC 6 reports.


• Liaising with the tax authorities on tax compliance matters as may be required.

Education, Skillsets and Requirements:

• Currently in the final stages of obtaining an ACCA qualification or equivalent qualification in accountancy.


• Have a good knowledge of the Maltese income tax system.


• Be results-driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills.


• Be able to work on their own initiative.


• Have an excellent command of English.


• Be analytical with good problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality service delivery.


• Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment.
