Verlet is a concept creation and design company that incorporates and offers consultancy and execution for luxury residentials, and boutique corporates specified in hotels, leisure and spa. Verlet is active internationally with a track record of projects in London, Scotland, Beirut, Greece and Malta.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are fully understood and met.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and quality.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage any variances.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favourable terms.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Address any issues or delays promptly, minimizing impact on the project timeline and budget.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure that all work meets the company’s luxury standards.
- Manage final inspections and handovers, ensuring client satisfaction with the completed project.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Manage the performance of team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Promote a positive working environment that aligns with Verlet’s values and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in luxury residential or boutique corporate environments.
- Proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of design principles and project execution.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
