Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic sales professional who is able to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Responsibilities / duties:

• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed the targets set.


• Establish parameters, quote and negotiate prices with customers.


• Identify and pursue business opportunities and follow up on sales leads.


• Respond and provide feedback on changing marketing conditions and new trends.


• Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist in maintaining the accounts management system.


• Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible.


• Maintain awareness of competitor activity, developments and best practices.


• Replying effectively and swiftly to client requests origination through different channels.


• Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the resort in order to sell effectively and ensure the client has accurate information.


• Track key business to determine the effectiveness of current systems and processes and identify areas for improvement.


• Any additional ad-hoc duties as required to assist in hotel operations.

Skills and qualifications required:

• Experience in sales most preferably within a hospitality environment.


• Very good command of English both written and spoken.


• Ability to work both independently and in a team.


• Knowledge of Opera is considered an asset.


• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
