- Responsible for managing the support email and answering prospective clients in a timely manner and/or distributing emails and organising maintenance route for the Sales / Operations team accordingly
- Assist B2B and B2C teams in issuing invoices as required
- Responsible for data inputting, filing, petty cash and other administrative tasks as required
- Learning about the product that we sell to assist with any walk-ins in our showroom
- Responsible for answering social media queries and requests
- Assisting the managing director accordingly
Preferred Education and Work Experience
- At least 2 years experience in administration
- Fluent in Maltese is a must and basic English
- Knowledgeable in MS Office is a must and preference will be given to applicants who know how to use the Sage accounting program
