Job Description

Joining our Administration team, the Front Office Clerk will be responsible for greeting clients and customers, answering emails and telephone calls and direct them accordingly, data entry, general office administrative tasks and handling day to day administrative requirements from the management.

The ideal candidate should hold a minimum ‘O’ Level standard of education and possess ECDL qualifications, or otherwise be proficient in the use of MS Office applications (word, excel outlook). S/he must have good communication skills including English and Maltese, be well organised with excellent customer service skills and have a pleasant personality.

The chosen candidate will be well mannered and have an eye for detail, be able to work in a team and on own initiative, willing to learn and take on new (related) tasks. Applicants with some previous relevant experience will be given preference, however on-the job training will be provided.

It is the perfect role for a hardworking and ambitious individual, with a hands-on approach who is looking for a job in an office environment.
