Senior Chef De Partie

The Xara Collection is looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Senior Chef de Partie to join the Xara family and work at their new fine historical venue, a 19th-century palazzo, located in the popular Balluta area.

About you:

• As our ideal candidate, you will have a passion for hospitality and attention to detail


• You will have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced yet quality-driven environment


• Ability to run designated sections including day-to-day ordering


• Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills


• Energy and enthusiasm for learning and developing


• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and operate in a changeable environment
