In this role, the Restaurant Manager will be providing an extraordinary dining experience to guests and clients dining at Quadro. The selected candidate will be leading, motivating, recognizing and training the team to deliver an authentic and sophisticated service. S/he will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the outlet. The Restaurant Manager will be accountable to ensure compliance with the required food and beverage standards, policies and procedures.
