Receptionist

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team at The Quad Central in Malta’s Central Business District. This is an exciting opportunity to work at this newly opening development of over 38,000 sqm of Grade A, LEED Platinum ® certified office space offered within four separate towers, organised around a central plaza and commercial hub. The Quad Central will set new standards in quality, professional, sustainable offices in Malta.

The selected candidates will be expected to ensure that the best service level would be provided to all clients calling or visiting the premises and assisting in any administrative duties in a professional and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be driven by high standards of customer care and satisfaction;


• Care about quality service and efficiency;


• Have previous experience in a similar role;


• Have an engaging personality;


• Be of smart and professional appearance;


• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Be conversant in the use of Microsoft Office applications;


• Have a good command of English, and preferably also Maltese.

We shall also be considering applications on a part-time basis or flexible working hours.
