Join our team as a Customer Care Assistant! You will be an integral part of our team and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our team, you'll ensure our guests have an electrifying experience while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in our entertainment centre!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers as they enter the attraction with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanour.

  • Monitor guest behaviour and enforce facility rules to maintain a positive and safe environment for all visitors.

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned area, including but not limited to seating areas, dining spaces, and entertainment zones.

  • Proactively upsell products and services, such as food and drinks, to enhance the guest experience.

  • Take food and drink orders accurately and serve them promptly with attention to detail.

  • Assist colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

  • Frequently monitor patrons to detect disruptive behaviour and misuse of equipment, taking appropriate action to resolve any issues.

  • Answer customer questions courteously and accurately or direct them to the appropriate resources for assistance.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

  • Utilize computers and tablets as necessary to assist with customer service tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service.

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
