Job Description

We’re currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to form part of an exciting new venture. As Sales and Marketing coordinator you would be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products at a competitive advantage in the market industry. As a company we are looking for an individual who can lead the team and motivate them in reaching the monthly targets established.

Additionally, the responsibilities would also include:

  • Generating unique sales and advertising plans
  • Liaising with senior management in establishing yearly marketing budgets and then administering the budget accordingly throughout the year
  • Developing and build a database of content, adverts and promotional literature to be used throughout any marketing initiatives
  • Providing the right data to establish pricing strategies
  • Researching and carrying out competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and plans
  • Understanding consumer requirements, identify market trends and suggest any improvements to pricing or offerings in circulation
  • Maintaining successful marketing relationships with the appropriate vendors and service providers
  • Staying abreast with industry standards, new tool and technologies and any new marketing techniques
  • Ensuring customer care and handling all complaints professionally

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the hospitality / airline industry
  • Have excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Italian and English languages (both written and verbal)
  • Have experience in managing a team
  • Hold a degree in Marketing or the equivalent

Being a successful Sales and Marketing Executive manager at Ponte, you should be an assertive individual with strong interpersonal skills. Having managed a team in the past would be a great asset and having those leadership skills to drive a department are definitely a must. Communication is key and we are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, whilst holding the relevant qualifications in either Marketing, business or a similar field will be considered an asset.
