Construction Site Foreman / Forewoman

Ta' Rdum Construction is an established group growing at a fast pace. We are now looking to recruit a full-time Construction Site Foreman / Forewoman to strengthen, support and lead our existing team.

Reporting to the General Manager, the primary role will be in assisting the general manager in construction-related services, making sure that all deadlines are met in a timely manner and liaising with consultants when necessary.

This role calls for a dynamic individual who is eager to experience multiple areas and functions of the company to be able to grow within the group.

The main responsibilities shall include, without limitation:

• Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans


• Producing schedules and monitor attendance of crew


• Allocating general and daily responsibilities


• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople


• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate


• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met


• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment


• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget


• Resolve problems when they arise


• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

Experience:

• 3+ years working in construction

Language:

• Must have good knowledge of writing and speaking fluently in English
