Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit on a full-time basis an Office Administrator for our office in Valletta, Malta.

Duties:

  • In charge of clerical duties primarily in relation to deeds of sale, lease.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
  • General office administration.

Experience:

  • Be fluent in both Maltese, English and Italian will be considered an asset.
  • Be able to work under own initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills together with proficiency in the use of office applications.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the notarial sphere.
  • In possession of diligent organisational and analytical skills.
  • Experience is essential.

The successful candidate should possess the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
