Process Leader (PET)

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating and motivating a multi-skilled team of employees in their designated shift to ensure that daily operational schedules on a three-shift basis are completed according to established procedures, in a timely manner and within all quality and safety parameters. This will be achieved through day-to-day effective leadership of his/her team to achieve established objectives, meet KPI targets and strive for continuous improvements in the process/es s/he is responsible.

The selected candidates will be required to:

• Have a Technical or Leadership / Management Diploma (MQF Level 5).


• Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.


• Preferably, have 2+ years of supervisory experience in a lean manufacturing environment.


• Possess working knowledge of quality systems and processes.


• Be self-motivated, have strong leadership skills and coaching skills, team facilitation and problem-solving skills.


• Take initiative, be creative and able to lead projects.


• Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written, possessing good analytical and presentation skills.


• Have good analytical acumen and the ability to respond to results.

Employees in possession of wireman licence A & B will be favourably considered.
