Seifert Systems Ltd is a manufacturing subsidiary of a German family-owned company. The Maltese plant manufactures, sells and distributes thermal, ventilation, illumination, and dehumidification equipment for the industry across the globe. With its over 30-year presence in Malta, the company employs over 400 employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
Forming part of the After-Sales team, the Service Technician will be responsible for analysing, repairing and servicing Seifert products and key functions would include:

Duties and Responsibilities
Forming part of the After-Sales team, the Service Technician will be responsible for analysing, repairing and servicing Seifert products and key functions would include:
- Leading the service centre (Malta)
- Handling the spare parts business
- Giving global service support (customers and overseas Seifert service centres)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate would be:
- Technically oriented with a qualification in an Engineering or Technical field at MQF Level 4 or higher. Ideally with HVAC experience
- Have the knowledge, experience, and a high level of skill in the assembly processes of the company products (or the ability to learn these processes and achieve a high level of skill)
- Having experience in the use of IT and ERP systems
- The role calls for overseas travel to service and support customers as may be required
