An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Office department for an Office Administrator to join our intimate boutique Secret Italia Tours team.

Start date: 1 March 2025.

As an Office Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for our suppliers and overseas tour guides, attending business trips, checking the quality of our tours, preparing our guests' tour material, checking if the suppliers we use are up to standard and act quickly in case of emergencies.

What you will be doing

  • Be hands-on and act quickly during emergencies

  • Ensure overseas staff is looked after

  • Working from our office in Msida on a part-time basis, 20 hrs weekly, Monday to Friday


What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a tour company or travel agency environment

  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Enthusiasm, passion for travel

  • Experience working in an office

  • Willing to work in a small team

  • Computer literate

  • Focused on quality and attention to details

  • Mature candidate, based in Malta only.
