Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Market Development:
- Proactively promote and sell our range of tools and equipment to hardware stores and related retailers in Malta and Gozo.
- Identify new sales opportunities to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware store owners and key decision-makers, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and product support.
- Market Awareness and Feedback:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments within the hardware and tools sector.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences and market trends to contribute to product improvements and sales strategies.
- Territory and Time Management:
- Plan and manage your daily and weekly sales visits across Malta and Gozo to maximize the efficiency and coverage of your territory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems to support performance reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within the hardware, tools, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English languages.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your schedule independently.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your territory.
