Finance & HR Assistant

SAK Ltd, Rubicon Ltd and Rubicon Retail Ltd represent the brands The Body Shop, Calzedonia, Tezenis and Intimissimi in Malta and are looking to recruit a Finance and HR Assistant to join their team.

The chosen applicant will be supporting the Finance and HR team.

The roles and responsibilities will include:

• Managing and organising employee records and processes related to engagements and terminations of employees.


• Handling the processing and management of work permits for third country national employees.


• Assisting the outlets with daily sales closures and hiring processes.


• Reconciling the daily sales for each outlet.


• Carrying out other general accounting duties as may be required.


• Provide clerical support across departments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An O’ level standard of education in Accounts, or higher.


• At least one year of experience working in an accounting position.


• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.


• Excellent communication skills in English.


• A highly organized, committed, and professional approach to work.
