SS Lifts Limited is an established company that specialises in lift installation and maintenance.
Presently we are seeking to recruit an Office Clerk to join our team. The chosen candidate will be assisting in the company’s day to day operations, whilst providing adequate support to our customers. The successful candidate is required to work efficiently and undertake several administrative tasks.
Whilst prior experience in a similar post is not essential it will be considered an asset however training will be provided.

Responsiblities will include:
- Greeting customers and attending to their requirements
- Process incoming documents and liasing with Technicians
- Other office general duties
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work under his / her own initiative
- Works accurately
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to change
- Must be computer literate and proficient excel user
- Have an eye for detail and disciplined
- Maltese speaking and fluent in English
- A good team-player and goal oriented
