Accounts / Credit Control Clerk

Due to a constantly growth within our group, Robert Debono Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Ltd is seeking for a full-time Accounts / Credit Control Clerk on an indefinite period to work from our warehouse in Burmarrad.

Responsibilities will include:

• Posting of customers invoices / credit notes


• Posting and allocation of receipts


• Issue of monthly statements


• General administration duties


• Reporting of debtor balances on a weekly / monthly basis


• Debtors chasing


• Reconciliations of debtor accounts and solving queries related to outstanding invoices


• Filing


• Prepare and doing bank deposits


• Ability to taking full ownership of delegated tasks / processes


• Help in stock-take process

The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Accountant.

Experience:

• One to two years experience working in a similar position


• An O' level standard in accountancy


• Excellent thinking skills and ability to propose solutions


• Ability to communicate well both in Maltese and in English


• Good command of Microsoft Office tools including Excel


• Good command of Sage Line 50


• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
