Key Responsibilities
- Office organization and management: Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and productive environment.
- Accounting control and supervision: Oversee and manage all accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Monthly reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, providing essential data for decision-making processes.
- Financial liquidity monitoring: Continuously monitor and manage the company's financial liquidity to ensure optimal cash flow.
- Correspondence management: Conduct external and internal correspondence in both German and English with proficiency, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Employee and executive support: Assist in coordinating the workflows of employees and provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Sales and marketing support: Provide substantial support in sales and marketing activities, contributing to the company's business development efforts.
- Stakeholder representation: Represent the company professionally in interactions with stakeholders, including government agencies, banks, and customers.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Business-level proficiency in English and preferably basic skills in German.
- Professional experience in office organization, secretarial work, or team assistance.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High social competence, analytical thinking, communication skills, and assertiveness.
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail, strong time and self-management, and reliability in task completion.
