We are seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to join our team and provide technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of IT support. As a Junior IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing technical support both remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Configure and install workstations with in-house software applications and peripherals for users.
- Understand, configure, and troubleshoot in-house software applications.
- Maintenance and repair of IT hardware equipment as well as live casino equipment.
- Assist in performing viral maintenance and clean-up on the in-house hardware.
- Provide additional IT support to users across all company departments.
- Assist in the installation of new cabling, termination, and testing of cables.
- Install and calibrate audio / visual equipment.
- Manage all technical IT issues within live studios.
- Monitor the delivery of live streams from the live casino and/or studio to the encoding servers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding all essential duties and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Science or advanced certification in an IT-related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player mentality with ambition and motivation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Required to be part of a 24/7 roster.
Person Specification (skills, knowledge, experience, attitude):
- Excellent problem-solving.
- Knowledge of gaming would be considered an asset, but it is not necessary.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and independent computer user.
- Flexible approach to work, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with other team members.
