A Compliance Officer ensures that an organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. They assess and manage a company's financial and legal risks by determining potential compliance issues and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the submission of relevant documentation and conformity with the applicable laws and regulations of the various jurisdictions in which the Company operates in.

  • Formulating and assisting in the development of and/or maintaining processes and policies to achieve the objectives of the company.

  • Liaising with different regulators on compliance matters, as necessary.

  • Ensuring that any licensing or certification conditions are being adhered to and followed up by the team.

  • Being the point of contact (from a compliance perspective), both internally and externally, in relation to the different reporting requirements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in another similar position with the live casino industries (live casino B2B).

  • Exceptional organizational and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across departments and with external partners.

  • Proficiency in the latest gaming systems, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • A people-oriented approach, with a track record of effective team management and development.
