Job Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with the Client Services and Marketing Manager and creative teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with client objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of current industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign management: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Client liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their marketing needs and objectives.
  • Content creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia, that aligns with the client’s brand and campaign goals.
  • Market research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Prepare detailed reports to present to clients and internal teams.
  • Budget management: Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Brand strategy: Support the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance client brand identity and positioning in the market.
  • Event coordination: Plan and manage marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional events, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
