Catering Technician

We are currently seeking a Catering Technician to join our team. Catering technicians to install, repair, and troubleshoot on catering equipment and in the commercial catering industry.

Duties of role consist of:

• Carry out installations, preventive maintenance, repair, and corrective maintenance on catering equipment such as appliances, ovens, hoods, bar, and kitchen equipment.


• Perform troubleshooting on said equipment, reliability, safety, and maintainability.


• Repair maintenance on commercial catering equipment in a time-efficient manner.


• Communicating effectively with customers to understand and address their equipment needs.


• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in commercial catering equipment.


• Collaborating with other technicians and department staff to troubleshoot complex issues.


• Be fluent in the English language, Maltese is considered an asset.
